Recently, in the inspection and quarantine process conducted to imported metal scraps from a Spanish company, AGUMET SL (Registration
No.A724041597), a great number of integrated explosive scrap, including bullets, are discovered among the import. In order to protect
the environment of China and in accordance with Article 35 of Law of the People’s Republic of China on Import and Export Commodity
Inspection, the announcement notifies as follows:

1.

The registration qualification of Spanish company, AGUMET SL (Registration No.A724041597) shall be suspended as of the date of the
issuance of the announcement.

2.

The above-mentioned goods from Spanish company, AGUMET SL shall be returned abroad.
