His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 188(4) of the Criminal Code , is pleased hereby to revoke the Pari-Mutuel Payments Order made by Order in Council P.C. 1980-3512 of 19th December, 1980 Footnote * , and to make the annexed Order respecting payments to be made for the supervision of pari-mutuel systems of betting , effective April 1, 1983.
