The Minister of Agriculture, pursuant to section 204 Footnote * of the Criminal Code , hereby revokes the Race Track Supervision Regulations , C.R.C., c. 441, and makes the annexed Regulations respecting the supervision and operation of pari-mutuel betting at race-courses and the prohibition, restriction and regulation of the possession of drugs and equipment used in the administering of drugs at race-courses , in substitution therefor.
