His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Secretary of State for External Affairs and with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance and the Treasury Board, and pursuant to the Department of External Affairs Vote 10a of Appropriation Act No. 3, 1978-79 , is pleased hereby to revoke Orders in Council P.C. 1956-1646 of 1st November, 1956 Footnote 1 , P.C. 1959-804 of 25th June, 1959 Footnote 2 and P.C. 1976-2233 of 14th September, 1976 Footnote 3 , and to approve the annexed Order respecting payments in lieu of real estate taxes, local improvement costs and development and redevelopment taxes on diplomatic, consular and international organizations’ property .
