The Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to section 134 of the Customs Act Footnote * , hereby makes the annexed Order respecting the delegation of powers conferred on the Minister of National Revenue by sections 131 to 133 of the Customs Act , effective on the day that the Customs Act Footnote * , other than paragraph 99(1)(b), subsections 99(2) to (4) and sections 192 to 194 thereof, comes into force.
