Whereas the annexed Presentation of Persons (2003) Regulations give effect, in part, to a public announcement made on December 3, 2001; Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to section 11 Footnote a , subsection 11.1(3) Footnote b and paragraphs 164(1)(b) Footnote c , (i) Footnote d and (j) and 167.1(b) Footnote e of the Customs Act Footnote f , hereby makes the annexed Presentation of Persons (2003) Regulations .
