Whereas the Public Service Commission has decided that it is not practicable nor in the best interests of the Public Service to apply the Public Service Employment Act to persons who are not ordinarily required to work more than one-third of the normal scheduled daily or weekly hours of work established for persons doing similar work; Whereas the Public Service Commission has further decided that it is not practicable nor in the best interests of the Public Service to apply the Public Service Employment Act to persons who were employed under the authority of the Part-time Employees Exclusion Approval Order , C.R.C., c.A
