His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Consumer and Corporate Affairs and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 13(b) of the Financial Administration Act , is pleased hereby to authorize the Minister of Consumer and Corporate Affairs to prescribe by order the fees to be paid for Laboratory Registration under the Urea Formaldehyde Insulation Act .
