Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Associate Minister of National Defence, is pleased hereby to authorize the eligible members of the Canadian Forces to accept and wear the Multinational Force and Observers Medal for honourable duty with the Multinational Force and Observers.
