Whereas, pursuant to paragraphs 4 and 5 of Article 1905 and paragraph 1 of Annex 1904.13 to Chapter Nineteen of the North American Free Trade Agreement , the parties to that Agreement have consulted in developing a roster of persons to serve as members of extraordinary challenge committees and special committees; Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of International Trade and the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 77.018 Footnote * , subsection 77.023(2) * and paragraphs 77.035(c) * and (d) * of the Special Import Measures Act, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Regulations naming persons to a roster of candidates for selection to, and providing for the appointment of members of, extraordinary challenge committees and special committees under Chapter Nineteen of the North American Free Trade Agreement .
