His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transports, pursuant to sections 25 and 26 of the Department of Transport Act , is pleased hereby to revoke the Government Airport Concession Operations Regulations made by Order in Council P.C. 1976-2076 of 19th August, 1976 Footnote 1 and to make the annexed Regulations respecting the control of commercial and other operations at government airports , in substitution therefore.
