The Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission, with the approval of the Governor in Council, pursuant to subsection 44(1) Footnote a of the Nuclear Safety and Control Act Footnote b , hereby makes the annexed Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission Cost Recovery Fees Regulations . Return to footnote a S.C. 2001, c. 34, s. 61 Return to footnote b L.C. 1997, c. 9 May 22, 2003 Whereas, pursuant to subsection 44(12) of the Nuclear Safety and Control Act Footnote b , a copy of the proposed Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission Cost Recovery Fees Regulations , substantially in the form set out in the annexed Regulations, was published in the Canada Gazette , Part I, on February 1, 2003, and a reasonable opportunity was thereby given to interested persons to make representations to the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission with respect to the proposed Regulations; Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 44(1) Footnote a of the Nuclear Safety and Control Act Footnote b , hereby approves the making of the annexed Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission Cost Recovery Fees Regulations by the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission.
