Pursuant to subsections 7(3) and 7(4) of the Referendum Act , the Chief Electoral Officer repeals the Regulations Adapting the Canada Elections Act for the Purposes of a Referendum made on December 20, 2001, and registered under SOR/2002-25, and makes the Regulation Adapting the Canada Elections Act for the Purposes of a Referendum , hereinafter.
