His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 40 Footnote * of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act Footnote ** , is pleased hereby to make the annexed Regulations respecting inquiries into procurement complaints by potential suppliers under the North American Free Trade Agreement, effective on the day on which sections 44, 45 and 46 of An Act to implement the North American Free Trade Agreement, being chapter 44 of the Statutes of Canada, 1993, come into force.
