Whereas certain concessions relating to Canadian goods have been granted to Canada by Australia and New Zealand; Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 12.1 Footnote * and subsection 62(1) Footnote ** of the Customs Tariff Footnote *** , is pleased hereby to make the annexed Order respecting Australia and New Zealand rates of customs duty.
