His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue and the Treasury Board, with the concurrence of the Canadian Transport Commission, pursuant to section 17 of the Financial Administration Act , is pleased hereby to revoke the Newfoundland Gulf Ferry Remission Order made by Order in Council P.C. 1974-2332 of 22nd October, 1974 Footnote 1 and to make the annexed Order granting the remission of Customs duty in respect of vessels chartered by CN Marine Corporation for the Atlantic Region Ferry Service .
