Shang Zi Tong Jin Bian Zi [2005] No. 019

All relevant enterprises:

In order to improve the management of the coke industry and regulate the coke export administration of foreign-invested enterprises
in 2005, Department of Foreign Investment Administration has rechecked the current foreign-invested coke enterprises in line with
requirements of Suggestions on Regulating the Coke Industry and relevant laws and regulations of import and export administration
of foreign-invested enterprises. However, a part of enterprises have not submitted all required materials by now, which cannot fully
reflect enterprises conditions like construction, production, environmental protection and so on. For the purposes of going through
the working reexamination and ensuring the rechecking quality, relevant matters are informed as follows:

All foreign-invested enterprises with capacity of coke producing and exporting that have applied for coke export quotas (excluding
enterprises that have had quotas of 2005 already) should directly submit all materials in the appendix to Ministry of Commerce Department
of Foreign Investment Administration before Apr 12, 2005, and those over the time limit will not be accepted. Enterprises need not
to make a declaration of the materials in the appendix that have already submitted. However, for those unable to be provided, relevant
certifications or special explanations are required.
