His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 448 of the Canada Shipping Act , is pleased hereby to revoke the Steering Wheels, Indicators and Telltales Regulations , C.R.C., c. 1493, and, pursuant to sections 400, 448, 635 and 730 Footnote * of the Canada Shipping Act and section 12 of the Arctic Waters Pollution Prevention Act , to make the annexed Regulations respecting steering appliances and equipment .
