Regulations on the Application for and Registration of Business Activities of Processed Oil and Auto Distribution and Franchising

Commercial FIEs, in the conduct of distribution and franchising of processed oil and automobiles, shall abide by the rules in the
following documents in addition to complying with the Administrative Measures on Foreign Investment in Commercial Fields.

Provisional Measures on Processed Oil Market Regulation (MOFCOM [2004] Decree No.23)

Implementing Measures on the Management of Auto Brand Sales (MOFCOM [2005] Decree No.10); the Notice of the General Office of the
Ministry of Commerce on publishing the Submissions of Project Application And Registration Materials in accordance with the Implementing
Measures on the Management of Auto Brand Sales (Shang Zi Zi [2005] No.28)

Regulations on Commercial Franchising (MOFCOM [2004] Decree No.25)
