Equipment of which the Quota, License and Special Supervision Measures on Imports Shall be Abolished

The quota, license and special supervision measures on imports of 55 types of machinery and electrical equipment (Specific commodity
list is in the Attachment.) shall be abolished from January 1, 2002, according to No.10 Decree in 2001 of the Ministry of Foreign
Trade and Economic Cooperation, the General Administration of Customs and the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection
and Quarantine of PRC.

This is hereby notified.
