His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to paragraph 13(b) of the Territorial Lands Act , hereby orders that any portion of the lands described in the schedule hereto lying within 30.48 metres (100 feet) of the ordinary high water mark of two parcels of land, located on the East and West side of Fry Inlet at Contwoyto Lake in the Northwest Territories, be included in the grant of the said lands.
