His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, pursuant to sections 8 and 43 Footnote * of the Fisheries Act , is pleased hereby to revoke the Quebec Fishery Regulations , C.R.C., c. 852, and to make the annexed Regulations respecting fishing in the Province of Quebec , in substitution therefor, effective April 1, 1990.
