TO ALL TO WHOM these Presents shall come or whom the same may in any way concern, Greeting : WILLIAM PENTNEY Deputy Attorney General A Proclamation Whereas, on September 26, 2013, the Leader of the Government in the House of Commons received from the Chief Electoral Officer the annexed representation order; And whereas section 25 of the Electoral Boundaries Readjustment Act provides that, within five days after the day on which the Minister receives the representation order, the Governor in Council shall by proclamation declare the representation order to be in force, effective on the first dissolution of Parliament that occurs at least seven months after the day on which the proclamation was issued, and on the issue of the proclamation the order has the force of law accordingly; Now know you that We, by and with the advice of Our Privy Council for Canada and pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2013-963 of September 27, 2013, do by this Our Proclamation declare the annexed representation order to be in force, effective on the first dissolution of Parliament that occurs at least seven months after the day on which this Our Proclamation is issued. OF ALL WHICH Our Loving Subjects and all others whom these Presents may concern are required to take notice and to govern themselves accordingly.
