His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and the Treasury Board, pursuant to section 2, paragraphs 8.2(1)(b), 10(1)(c) and section 11 of the Agricultural Stabilization Act , is pleased hereby to make the annexed Regulations respecting stabilization of the price of potatoes in Eastern Canada in 1978 .
