Whereas, pursuant to subsection 5.5(1) Footnote a of the Aeronautics Act Footnote b , a notice of the proposed Ottawa Macdonald-Cartier International Airport Zoning Regulations , was published in two successive issues of the Canada Gazette , Part I, on March 15 and March 22, 2008, and issues of the Ottawa Citizen and Le Droit on March 26 and 29, 2008 and May 2 and 3, 2008, and a reasonable opportunity was thereby afforded to interested persons to make representations to the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities with respect to the proposed Regulations; Return to footnote a R.S., c. 33 (1st Supp.), s.1 Return to footnote b R.S., c.
