Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph (c.1) Footnote a of the definition appropriate Minister in section 2 of the Financial Administration Act , hereby designates the Minister of Health as the appropriate Minister with respect to the Assisted Human Reproduction Agency of Canada for the purposes of the Financial Administration Act .
