His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 232 of the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Resources Accord Implementation Act Footnote a , hereby makes the annexed Regulations prescribing the time and manner of making fiscal equalization offset payments in respect of offshore revenue to Her Majesty in right of Nova Scotia .
