Whereas the Public Service Commission has decided that it is not practicable nor in the best interests of the Public Service to apply the provisions of the Public Service Employment Act to positions and employees of the Staff of the Non-Public Funds, Canadian Forces; And Whereas the Public Service Commission has further decided that it is desirable to make the annexed Regulations prescribing how such positions and employees shall be dealt with.
