Whereas, pursuant to subsection 5.5(1) Footnote a of the Aeronautics Act Footnote b , a notice of the proposed Kimmirut Airport Zoning Regulations was published in two successive issues of the Nunatsiaq News on February 10 and February 17, 2012, a copy of the proposed Regulations, substantially in the annexed form, was published in two successive issues of the Canada Gazette , PartA
