Whereas, pursuant to subsection 28(2) of the Electricity and Gas Inspection Act a copy of the proposed Electricity and Gas Inspection Regulations , substantially in the form annexed hereto, was published in the Canada Gazette Part I on August 10, 1985 and a reasonable opportunity was thereby afforded to interested persons to make representations with respect thereto to the Minister of Consumer and Corporate Affairs.
