His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture, pursuant to sections 2, 8.2, 10 and 11 of the Agricultural Stabilization Act , is pleased hereby to make the annexed Regulations respecting the stabilization of the price of industrial milk and industrial cream delivered for marketing during the period April 1, 1981 and ending on March 31, 1982 . Short Title 1 A
