The Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to paragraph 6(1)(a) of the Foreign Missions and International Organizations Act Footnote * , is pleased hereby to repeal the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office Privileges and Immunities Order made on January 21, 1994 Footnote ** , and to make the annexed Order granting privileges and immunities to the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office, and to persons connected therewith, in Canada , in substitution therefor.
