Whereas, pursuant to subsection 107(2) of the Canada Petroleum Resources Act Footnote * , a copy of proposed Regulations respecting the administration and registration of interests and instruments in relation to frontier lands and prescribing fees to be paid in respect of such interests and instruments , substantially in the form annexed hereto, was published in the Canada Gazette Part I on January 23, 1988 and a reasonable opportunity was thereby afforded to interested persons to make representations to the Minister of Energy, Mines and Resources and the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development with respect thereto.
