Whereas, pursuant to subsection 23(2) of the Corporations Returns Act Footnote a , a copy of the proposed Corporations Returns Regulations , substantially in the annexed form, was published in the Canada Gazette , Part I, on August 25, 2012 and interested persons were given a reasonable opportunity to make representations to the Minister of Industry with respect to the proposed Regulations; Return to footnote a R.S., c. C-43; S.C. 1998, c. 26, s. 63 And whereas, as required by subsection 23(2) of that Act, 90 days have elapsed since that publication date; Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to paragraphs 23(1)(b), (c) Footnote b and (f) of the Corporations Returns Act Footnote a , makes the annexed Corporations Returns Regulations .
