His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture, pursuant to sections 2 Footnote * , 8.2 Footnote * and 11 Footnote * of the Agricultural Stabilization Act , is pleased hereby to make the annexed Regulations respecting the stabilization of the price of cheese marketed during the period commencing on August 1, 1983 and ending on July 31, 1984 .
