His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Immigration, pursuant to sections 11 Footnote * and 17 Footnote ** of the Canada Student Loans Act , is pleased hereby to revoke the Canada Student Loans Regulations , made by Order in Council P.C. 1981-2143 of July 29, l981 Footnote *** , and to make the annexed Regulations respecting Canada student loans in substitution therefor, effective August 1, 1993.
