His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and the Treasury Board, pursuant to section 2, paragraph 8.2(1)(b), subsection 9(1), paragraph 10(1)(b) and section 11 of the Agricultural Stabilization Act , is pleased hereby to make the annexed Regulations respecting the stabilization of the price of winter pears grown and marketed in 1976 . Short Title 1 A
