Whereas a provision of the annexed Regulations deals with the communication of information obtained under the Regulations to certain classes of persons, and in the opinion of the Governor in Council, pursuant to paragraph 55(1)(s) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act Footnote a , it is necessary to communicate the information to those classes of persons for the proper administration of the Act and the Regulations; Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, pursuant to subsection 55(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act Footnote a , hereby makes the annexed Precursor Control Regulations .
