Announcement No.90, 2005 of the Ministry of Commerce, the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China, Releasing
the Catalogue of Commodities Subject to Import Licenses Administration in 2006

[2005] No. 90

In accordance with Foreign Trade Law of the People’s Republic of China and Administrative Regulations on Commodities Import and Export
of the People’s Republic of China, List of Commodities under Import License Administration in 2006 (please refer to Appendix) is
now released and related matters are announced as follows:

3 kinds of commodities (83 eight-digit HS codes) are under import license administration in 2006.

In 2006, administration of import and export license of substances and technologies of double functions will be carried on chemicals
subject to control and easily made poisonous chemicals. The Administrative Measures on Import and Export License of Substances and
Technologies of Double Functions should be followed after its release. Import license administration will go on to be carried out
on substances that consume ozonosphere.

This list will take effect as from Jan 1, 2006, and the List of Commodities under Import License Administration in 2005 will be terminated
at the same time.
