Recently, in the inspection and quarantine process conducted to imported paper scraps from Melvini Internationals Co, Ltd. (Registration
No. A840042900), a great number of kitchen waste, toilet waste, cotton cloth scrap, plastic scrap and muck are discovered among the
import.

In order to protect the environment of China and in accordance with Article 35 of Law of the People’s Republic of China on Import
and Export Commodity Inspection, the announcement notifies as follows:

1.

The registration qualification of Melvini Internationals Co, Ltd. (Registration No. A840042900) shall be suspended as of the date
of the issuance of the announcement.

2.

The above-mentioned goods from Melvini International Co, Ltd. shall be returned abroad.
